We understand that papermaking is an investment…and sometimes you need a little flexibility when making a purchase—and that's completely okay. We believe investing in yourself should be accessible, and we're happy to offer payment options to help.
For select programs and products, payment plans are available directly through our website. We also offer Klarna and Afterpay for all purchases, giving you additional ways to pay over time. Choose the option that works best for your budget, and if you have any questions, we'll see what we can do!
Payment Plan Policy
Payment plans are available for select programs and must be approved by CHICAGO PULP in advance. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments by their due dates. Any past-due balances will accrue interest at the then-current statutory interest rate permitted under Illinois law. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or loss of participation, and any outstanding balance will remain due.
Payment plans are non-transferable and do not alter CHICAGO PULP's cancellation or refund policies unless otherwise stated in writing.
-
Refunds are not available for PULP or PAPER Purchases.
You must notify us at least 7 days prior to the start of a PROGRAM to be considered for a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed. Refunds are not available for participant/client cancellations or no-shows.
CHICAGO PULP reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class due to low enrollment, an emergency or for any reason at anytime. In this case, CHICAGO PULP will provide a full refund.
